During peak seasons or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Estimated delivery times after processing:

United States: 5–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If you believe your package is lost, please get in touch with us, and we will assist you in contacting the shipping carrier.

If an incorrect address is provided at checkout and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
